Berkeley Heights Municipal Complex Update for Week Ending Nov 6 - TAPinto.net

For this past week’s municipal complex activity, we continue to wait for Schindler, the elevator company, to finish their week and call for inspections from the state inspector. Meanwhile, crews worked on exterior stairs and railing, exterior trim work, landscaping, creation of the rear emergency access road, as well as installation of benches and trash cans. Inside, work was finishing up on mechanical, electrical and plumbing finishes, millwork in the Council chambers, carpet was installed in the Council chambers, and sinks are being installed soon in the various staff break rooms.

For the week ending November 6, 2020 at the Berkeley Heights Municipal Complex project site, the following took place:

  • EPIC and their subcontractors had an average daily manpower count of 33 workers.
